It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Darlene. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many. No more suffering. After a short illness she succumbed to her pain. She was predeceased by her father Phillip Bennett and leaves behind her mother June, brothers Grant and Brian and her 3 children. David, Stephanie (Sean) and Tara. Tara was on a vigil and was at her bedside when Darlene left us. It is a blessing. Darlene was a kind sole with an infectious laugh that touched all that knew her. The family would like to thank the nursing staff and Doctors of 6 - South for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations to O.T.M.H. will be appreciated. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday July 8, 2023 at 607 Stephens Crescent, Oakville from 2 pm – 5 pm. Rest in Peace.
