Barbisan: Yolanda

November 3, 1933- September 17, 2025

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Yolanda Barbisan. Beloved wife of the late Don Barbisan  for 59 years. Loving mother of Glenn and Rob (Joy).  Dearly  missed Nonna of Andrew, Kyle and Christopher. Survived by sister Irene Bowers (Larry) and nephew Matthew. Predeceased by brother Roy Gazzola (Linda).

She lived all her married Iife in Oakville. As a member of the CWL at St Andrew's Parish she contributed her time and talents to its various ministries.

We are grateful to have had her in our lives for many wonderful years.

We wish to express our sincere appreciation to  the team at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital for their outstanding compassion and care.

Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville  on Wednesday September 24, 2025 from 9 am until 10:30am.

Funeral Mass will follow at 11am at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 47 Reynolds Street, Oakville followed by a reception in the Parish Centre. Private family interment.  For those who wish memorial contribution to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
