Earl died August 4, 2018 at home in his own bed – the way he wanted it, as the result of a long and debilitating battle with diabetes and kidney failure.

Beloved husband of Judy (Stone), loving Dad to Margot (Eric) and Mike (Danielle). Cherished Grampy to Laura and Diane. Dear brother to Ford (2012), (Shirley), Carole (2018), (Ted 2006), George (Christa) and Jim (Diane). Special brother-in-law to Muriel (Jim). Uncle to many.

Cremation has taken place. In accordance to his wishes there will be no service. He would though, appreciate a random act of kindness in his memory.

Born in Brockville, ON, raised in St. Thomas, ON, but spent the last 35 years in Oakville, ON.

A "bean counter" (C.A.) by profession, a woodworker by choice.
