Departed this world on March 31, surrounded by his devoted family, as a result of complications following heart surgery. Loving husband of 59 years to Joan Gregory (née Pelletier), much beloved dad to Lee Gregory, Andrea Pain, and Chris Gregory, adored grandpa to Adam and Alexander Pain (and dog Jake), and cherished father-in-law to Andrew Pain and Jeanne Gregory and brother-in-law to Freda Pelletier. His wonderful spirit, kind fun-loving nature, and joy for life will be profoundly missed by both his family and his legions of friends.



Friends are invited to gather to celebrate his life at a mass to be held on Wednesday, April 6th, commencing at 2:29 p.m., at St. Andrew's Roman Catholic Church, 47 Reynolds St., Oakville, ON. The celebrating will continue at a reception following mass at the Oakville Golf Club, 1154 Sixth Line, Oakville, ON. Please join his family to provide Bill with the send-off he so richly deserves. (At his request, there will be no visitation.)
