Born 1932 - passed away peacefully on October 22nd, 2015 after years of courageously fighting cancer, followed by strokes. His musical talents: a gift that he generously shared with so many, will be fondly remembered. Now reunited with his late wife Betty, who predeceased him by almost 15 years to the day, he will be dearly missed for his piercing blue eyes, eternal wisdom, kind, gentle and loving personality by Wendy, daughter (Andrew), Glen, son (Petra), Isobel Varty, companion of 13 years, grandsons Adam and Daniel, extended family and friends. A celebration of life will take place at St. John's United, Oakville on Tuesday, Oct 27, 2015 at 11 a.m. If desired, donations to either St John's or the Ian Anderson House would be appreciated.
