Passed away December 11, 2017 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, in his 84 ^th year. He is sadly missed by Irma, his wife of 56 years, his brother Elgin Don  (Sarah), Sister Esther Higgins and five nieces and three nephews. Born in Mossbank Saskatchewan he lived in Alberta and moved to Ontario in 1965. He sailed out of the Oakville Yacht Squadron for 22 years; built and flew his airplane for 12 years. The family wishes to thank the nurses of the 3 North, Unit One for the wonderful care. A special thank you to Dr. Kazam and Yolanda for their help and support.  At Bills request there will be no service. A private family interment will take place at Park Lawn Cemetery. A future gathering of family and friends will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions to the Parkinson Society http://www.parkinson.ca/ would be welcomed.
