Weronika (nee Bialasz) Tota

92 years

April 25, 1930 – May 4,2022

It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of Weronika Tota. Beloved wife of Antoni Tota predeceased 1986. Loving Mamusia (mother) to Marian predeceased 2005 (wife Anna) , Wiesiek (wife Ela) of Poland, Bogdan (wife Teresa) of Poland, Ala , Mirek (wife Hania) and Basia (husband Peter). Cherished Babcia to 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren both here in Canada and in Poland.

She was born in Poland and came to Canada in 1983. She was devoted to her family and lived her life based on catholic values. She attended daily mass whenever she could. She spent many hours in adoration of the Holy Sacrament and reciting Novenas especially to the Divine Mercy which was close to her heart.   Her unsurpassed love for the Virgin Mary was manifested by hours spent saying the Rosary.  Prayer was the centre of her life as it prepared her for eternal life for which she was longing in the last few months of her life.

Mamusiu and Babciu you will be missed dearly.  May you now find joy and comfort with the Lord.  Knowing that you are with Him brings us peace.   We Love you!

Visitation to be held Friday May 6, 2022 From 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, Oakville. Funeral Mass will be held at St Anthony's Church Saturday May 7, 2022 at 1:00 pm.
