Peacefully on Sunday August 8, 2021 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in his 91 ^st year.  Wendel, beloved husband of 66 years to Martha.  Loving father of Paul (Jennifer Burnell) and Gary (Lillian Latincic).  He will be lovingly remembered by Ashley, Noah, Sophie (Cody), Alexa, and his extended family and friends.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday August 11, 2021 at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street) from  2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.  Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday August 12 at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, 47 Reynolds Street, Oakville at 10:30 am.  Cremation to follow.
