Tracy Ann Geraldine Rivers (nee Sant), 56 years of age, passed away on Wednesday May 22, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones. She was a beloved mother, wife, sister, cousin, aunt and friend who touched the lives of all who knew her.

Tracy was known for her kind and compassionate nature, always putting others before herself. She always carried herself with class and grace. Her gentle spirit and warm smile brought joy to those around her. She loved being a mother, cherishing every moment spent with her family while creating lasting memories filled with love, travel, happiness and of course laughter.

Her family and friends will remember Tracy for her generosity, warm heart, artistic vision, sweet conversations, and always having an open door to her home.

She is survived by her husband John, sons Nathan (Jessica), Luke and Dylan, and siblings Albert (Shelley), Joseph, Mary Anne, John (Gabrielle). Tracy is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and friends.

May Tracy be greeted with love and open arms from those who pre-deceased her, her parents John and Mary Sant and older brother, Tony Sant.

May her spirit live on in the hearts of those who loved her, and may her memory be a source of comfort and strength during this difficult time.

Tracy's Celebration of Life will take place on Thursday June 27th at the RBG Royal Botanical Gardens- (THE ROCK GARDEN- 1185 York Blvd, Hamilton). The celebration will commence at 1:00 pm and finish at 4:00 pm. Speeches/Spoken memories will start at 1:30 pm.
