It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Tony Pocrnic, on Saturday, January 27, 2018 with his family at his side.  Tony is survived by his loving and devoted wife Marijana Pocrnic and his two children, Anthony Pocrnic (his wife Nadine) and Kristina Pocrnic (and her husband Mauricio).

The family would like to thank the nurses who treated Tony with kindness and compassion in his last hours. We would also like to thank Dr. Gregory Thomson and the doctors and staff at the Juravinski Cancer Centre in Hamilton (Dr. Som Mukherjee) and at St. Josephs Healthcare in Hamilton (Dr. Bobby Shayegan). They went above and beyond to give Tony a fighting chance.

Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block east of Kerr 905-844-2600) Oakville from 6 – 9 p.m. Tuesday. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at St. James Catholic Church, 231 Morden Road, Oakville. Interment Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery.
