Peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday August 13, 2018 at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital in his 80 ^th year. Tiberio, beloved husband of the late Maria Jose. Loved father of Maria, Anna and Nellie. Beloved grandfather of Michael, Brian, Brandon and Dylan. Dear brother of the late Jose Fernandes (Ilda) and Manuel Fernandes (Maria). He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Dr. Zayid and the staff of 7 South-200 and the ICU at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital for their care and support. Visitation at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Thursday August 16, 2018. Funeral mass will be held at 10am on Friday August 17, 2018 at St. James Catholic Church, 231 Morden Road, Oakville. Interment St. Jude's Cemetery, Oakville. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
