Thomas Patrick O'Grady died peacefully on Dec. 12, 2025 at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital. He was born the 5th child and 4th son to Frank & Eileen O'Grady on July 10, 1955 at St. Joseph Hospital in Toronto.

As an adult he lived with the love of his life, Geraldine Lucky, at Edmond Place in Parkdale which he called home, and longed to return to when he had to move into Age Care.

Despite numerous struggles and health crises, Tom showed amazing strength & resilience to survive and overcome trials.

Tom will be sorely missed by brothers Will (Jane), Don (Cheryl), Sharon (Sid Cebrowski)), Bernard (Joyce), and Kevin (Linda). He is predeceased by our parents and brother Des.

Family, friends and others are invited to share and honour the unique life of Tom Wednesday, January 7, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville, ON.  A Celebration of Remembrance will be held at 4:00 pm.

If desired remembrances to PARC (Parkdale Activity Recreation Centre) would be appreciated.
