Surrounded by her loving family, Thelma passed on May 29, 2009 at Wyndham Manor in Oakville at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late George. Loving mother of Bonnie Barbeau and cherished grandmother of the late Tracey. Survived by her brother Paul Gilliam. Will be greatly missed by many other relatives and friends. A private service celebrating Thelma's life was held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr Street, 905-844-2600) on Tuesday June 2, 2009.
