Tasso Hristopoulos was born in Adelaide, Australia on February 13th , 1958. He was a devoted Papou to Adelaide and Joey, whose pride and love for them knew no bounds. He was a loving Father-In-Law to Erin, a cherished brother to Anna and Bill, a loving cousin to many, and a beloved Theo to all his nieces and nephews. He shared many years and memories with Dina, with whom he built a family, and above all, he was a devoted father and best friend to Harrison.

Larger than life, Tasso was a lifelong Steelers fan, a relentless Fantasy Football Champion, and the undeniable "Godfather of Sports", always bringing passion, debate, and heart to every game and gathering. His loyalty, humor, and deep love for family will live on in stories told, games watched, and moments remembered forever.

Visitation will be held Monday December 29, 2025 from  2-4 & 7-9 pm at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville.
