Susan Mary Brisbane O'Neill, 76, of Oakville, Ontario died peacefully in palliative care at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on November 16, 2023.

She was born in Montreal, Quebec in 1947 to William Sutherland Brisbane and Mavis Russell McAllister. Susan attended Montreal West High School, and Macdonald College, before studying geography at McGill University.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents, and is survived and sadly missed by her loving husband of  54 years, David Henry O'Neill, her son Rory Brisbane O'Neill (Alwyn Spies) of Kelowna, BC, her daughter Jessica Kerry Mussell (Daniel Mussell) of Victoria BC, and her four grandchildren, Naoise O'Neill, Caimin O'Neill, Evelyn Mussell, and Moe Spies. Fondly remembered by friends and family far and wide for her encyclopedic knowledge, love of genealogy, quilting, and needlework, as well as for her generosity of time and advice.
