Suddenly on Wednesday June 12, 2019 Steve passed away while playing his beloved sport, soccer.   Cherished husband of Christina, together for 18 years.  Devoted father of Nathan and another son on the way.  Loving son of Heinz and Gertrud Weber and Patrick and Patricia Newman.  Loved grandson of Frank and Erika. Dear brother of Christina (Davey Roberts), Andrea (Nowras Baya) and Andie Newman (Tammy).  Steve was a devoted uncle of Emma, Elle and Layla.  Steve will be fondly remembered by his uncle Frank and sons Kyle and Erik and Aunt Erika Waslyk, son Robert (Erika) and daughters Alyssa and Lauryn and his great uncle Elias Vorlicek, son Alex and daughter Yvonne.

Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street) on Tuesday June 18, from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm.   A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday June 19, 2019 in the funeral home chapel at 11 am.
