It’s with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our brother Stephen Arthur Adey at the age of 70 on October 19, 2026.

Stephen was born February 23, 1956, in Moreton Wirral England.

In his younger days he loved fishing, he would often get his brother Alan and sister Shirley to go with him to the sixteen-mile creek to fish. In those days we had to scale down a steep embankment to get to the water.

Stephen also enjoyed building model airplanes, fixing or building bikes, and was really good at drawing, unfortunately between the age of 19 to 20 Stephen was diagnosed as a Paranoid Schizophrenic.

During all this time, Stephen never lost his sweet personality or generosity.

Stephen loved his family, he was happy to gain a brother-in-law Paul but was even more excited about becoming an uncle to David and Sarah, and now a great uncle to Gianna.

Stephen will be greatly missed and will always be in our hearts, but we know he’s now free, and at peace in body and mind.
