On Friday, May 2, 2014 at her home in Oakville after a long battle with cancer. Beloved sister of Joan Marchiori and the late Elizabeth Hermanus. Loved aunt of Michelle Vuckovic, Joanne Knox and Lisa Boehnke. Will be greatly missed by her many great nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.  A celebration of Shirley's life will take place at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600)  at 12 noon on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, with a visitation being held one hour prior to service. For those who wish, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
