It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Sally Louisa Burke Hamblin (nee Baldwin) at the age of 89 years. Predeceased by her husband Maurice.  Loved mother of Alison (Sandy) and Jennifer.  Loving Grannie to Rob, Chris and PJ.  Dear sister of Allan (Jane), niece Linda and nephew John.  Mum was a long time volunteer of the women's auxiliary at OTMH and, among other things, sold countless numbers of raffle tickets to raise money for the hospital.  She also volunteered for the Nearly New Shop and The Save the Children Foundation.

Many thanks to Dr. Robert Gabriel, mum's OT Janice and the staff on the 2nd floor of The Kensington who took such great care of her. She will be greatly missed by her family but forever in our hearts.

Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Oakville Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, March 02, 2024 at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville, ON.
