Ryszard Boleslaw Janiszewski died peacefully in the evening of Thursday, November 9, 2023. Predeceased by his loving wife Piroska. He will be greatly missed by his daughters Renata Jones (Colman) and Alina.  Survived by his brother Zbigniew (Agnieszka, predeceased) and niece, Victoria.  Victoria will miss her uncle very much, especially the precious moments of him with his harmonica. Ryszard is also remembered by family and friends in places far away who enjoyed sharing stories and keeping in touch.

Ryszard had an exquisite taste and discerning eye which etched his reputation as a respected and formidable teacher of Design to his hundreds of students at Sheridan College.

His love for the outdoors had no bounds.  His caring and loving nature made him a pleasure to be with.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 6 to 8pm at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Rd. W., Oakville. Parish prayers will be held at 7:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church , 40 John St., Oakville.

Farewell Ryszard…May the Angels bring you home to our Heavenly Father.
