Obituary
It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of
Ruby Irene MacLaurin on Friday March 21, 2008 in Oakville after
a lengthy illness. A loving and devoted wife to her husband, Peter
Bayne MacLaurin (deceased 1996). Wonderful mom and best friend
to Cheryl Lane MacLaurin and Joni Lynne MacLaurin. A proud mother-in-law to Eric King and Angelo Stea (deceased 2002). A loving Grandmother to Emily MacLaurin-King and Amelia I. Stea-MacLaurin.
Cherished daughter of Dora and Charlie Milburn and special sister
Betty Barkwell (deceased 2005). A talented artist and a committed
member of the I.O.D.E. Ruby will also be missed by extended family and many very special friends. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home on Lakeshore Rd. West, Oakville, (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. A service celebrating Ruby's life will take place at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at the Kopriva Taylor Chapel.
