Peacefully, at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, passed away on Friday November 30th, 2012. Retired employee of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Roy in his 84th year, beloved husband of the late Catherine (Kay) Blacker for 51 years. Loving brother to Dennis (Wendy), and the late Eric (Louise). Loving brother-in-law to Anne, Mary and the late Monica George and John. He will be remembered by many nieces and nephews in Great Britain and Australia. Friends may gather at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville, (one block east of Kerr St, 905-844-2600 on Saturday December 8th at 12:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm.
