Peacefully passed on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at the Village of Tansley Woods in Burlington in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Ron. Cherished mother of Kathleen Ritchie (Bruce), Terry, Dawn Anderson (Mike). Loving grandmother of Michelle, Jaqueline, Jason, Ashley, Matthew, Tess, Jenna and Sean. Adoring great-grandmother of Naeema, Peyton and Kherington. Survived by loving sister Betty Smith (Bruce). The family wishes to thank the staff on the Memory Care Floor at the Village of Tansley Woods for their love, care and support. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Soldier On Fund would be appreciated. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) from 11am to 1pm on Saturday, January 17, 2015 with a service celebrating Rose's life at 1pm in the Kopriva Taylor Chapel. Private family interment at a later date at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
