Ron was also a talented athlete, musician and fisherman who enjoyed sharing these passions with his many close friends. Following post secondary, Ron chose to dedicate his live in service to young people. As a teacher with the Halton Roman Catholic School District he touched so many lives through his last 24 years of faith-filled work both in elementary and secondary schools. It is there that he also discovered a passion for coaching and strived to bring out the best in his young athletes winning countless championships. Ron will also be remembered for his love of the arts, teaching drama as well as guitar and directing major dramatic productions every year at St. Thomas Aquinas High School. Above all, Ron was a teacher. His calling was to bring out the best in the young minds he was entrusted with. He did this so well! He will be loved and missed forever.
