Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at the age of 51. Ron was the son of Joan (predeceased) and DeVerne Quigley and was raised in Oakville, Ontario. He later enjoyed many adventurous and happy years in Northern Ontario, making his home in Elsas with his beloved wife Jean Devaladares. He was a loving father to Jessica, Rebecca and Derek and stepfather to Paul, Robbie and Kelly; a proud grandfather to Lilyanne, Poppa Ron to Jesse, Robbie Jr., Rebecca and David. A loyal brother to Jacqui, Dave, John, Michele, Ricky (predeceased) and Chris. Uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600), Oakville from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. on Friday. Funeral Service 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 13, 2010 in the Kopriva Chapel. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Trillium Gift of Life Network, 522 University Avenue, Suite 900, Toronto, ON M5G 1W5 would be greatly appreciated by the family.
