Went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 24th, 2021. "Ron", beloved husband of Pamela for sixty years, loving father of Kevin, (who predeceased him in 2003), Erin, Lindsay (Ron), and Colin (Cathy), devoted grandfather of Kiana (Isaac), Jackson, Colton and Braden, and adoring great-grandfather of Walter is fondly remembered and greatly missed.

An engineer from University of Toronto with an MBA from Harvard, Ron worked for almost thirty years for Alcan, in finance, general management and corporate planning, in Montreal, Toronto, Buenos Aires, and Rio de Janeiro, before retiring in Montreal in 1991. He then served as the volunteer administrator of Emmanuel Christian School in Montreal for twelve years before moving to Oakville in 2004 to be near his grandchildren.

In 1975 Ron became a committed Christian, after which he was an active member of Anglican churches wherever he lived and served on the Board of Directors of several para-church organizations. Ron was the treasurer and people's warden at Christ the King parish in Toronto, and serving as Treasurer of the Anglican Network In Canada when he was promoted to glory.
