Peacefully, on Sunday April 20, 2008 at the Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in his 79th year. Robert, beloved husband of Dorothy. Loved father of Catherine and her husband Jonathan Asplin, Ellen and her husband Jim Houle and Donald and his partner Arden Lopez. Dear grandfather of Elizabeth, Victoria, Philip, Andrew, Heather, Brendan, Antheia, Shawn and Talia. Great-grandfather of Matthew and Abigail. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Rd. West, Oakville, (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) Wednesday evening from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2008 in the Kopriva Chapel. Interment Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital Foundation or the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
