Passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at the age of 75 surrounded by his family. Bob, beloved husband of Carole for 49 years. Loving father of Jim (Suzie), Jill Moore (Scott). Dear brother to Earl (Marg), Betty and predeceased by Bill. Brother-in-law of Dorothy (Ted Rockette). Papa of Troy, Stephanie, Brady and Madison. Lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Bob was deeply loved, an outstanding husband, father, grandfather and uncle. Bob had a fine career at Christie Biscuits for 44 years and retired in 1994. His passions included curling, music and baseball. He had a great sense of humour and was a terrific teacher and role model. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Rd. West, Oakville, (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. on Sunday. A Service of Thanksgiving for the Life of Bob will be celebrated at St. Simon's Anglican Church, 1450 Litchfield Road, Oakville, ON L6H 5P4 on Monday, December 10, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation.
