It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Robert (Bob) Chapman on October 12, 2018 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.  Bob will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by his wife of 53 years, Eileen.  Cherished father of Kathleen (Jim) Bolan, Robert (Shannon) Chapman.  Beloved Grandy to Brittney (Andrew), James, Aaliyah, Cole, Zaria, Braedon, Brandon (Shannen), Britney (Doug). Great Grandy to Violet, Murphy, Amelia, Maelynn & Isabelle.  Will be sadly missed by his brothers and sisters, Bill, Betty, Mary Lou, Rick (Barb) and Jim (Deb).  Bob was predeceased by his brothers, Jack, Doug, and Dave.  Missed by his beloved father in law Thomas Reader, Brother in Law Tom, Sister in Laws Pamela, Caroline (Frank), Joann (Kevin).  He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews, family & friends.

As per Bob's wishes there will be no service or Celebration of Life. A private viewing for family and friends will be held on Sunday October 14, 2018 from 2pm to 4pm at Kopriva Taylor Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road, Oakville.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Memory of Bob can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

We would also like to thank all the doctors and nurses of 2 South, Emergency and ICU at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for their great efforts.
