IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Rino
Debellis
April 30, 1967 – December 25, 2024
We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Rino DeBellis.
Rino was a proud father to his three children, Samantha, Makayla, and Nikolas, little brother to Lucy and Dominic, and a devoted friend to many.
Rino passed peacefully on December 25 2024 with his family by his side, after a battle with lung disease which he always navigated with a smile and the determination to beat.
Rino recently retired from his lifelong career as a pipe fitter and looked forward to spending his retirement doing the things that brought him the most joy. As an avid outdoorsman, Rino spent decades casting his line into the Sixteen alongside his fishing buddies. In the summers you'd find him and his kids at his favourite campsite on Crane Lake, listening to the loons call at dawn and hanging out by the campfire at dusk. Rino was a brilliantly creative craftsman who was able to build unique pieces from nothing, and you could bet that if you had something that needed fixing he'd find a way to repair it.
A gardener, hunter, jokester, tinkerer, collector, fighter, fisherman, generous giver, and lover of life, Rino will be lovingly remembered and celebrated, and will live on vibrantly through all those who he shared his life with.
Please join his family in celebrating Rinos life on Saturday January 4, 2025 at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home at 64 Lakeshore Road West in Oakville. His memorial service will be held at noon, and a reception will follow at 1pm.
