Peacefully after a brief illness on Saturday April 7, 2018 at Ian Anderson House, Oakville. Rick, beloved husband of Cathy for thirty years. Loving father of Chelsea (Mike Barranca). Cherished brother of Susan (Peter Salomonsson). Loved brother in law of Joanne Rieck, David Dickson and Derek Dickson-Pledge (Patricia). Devoted son of the late Hazel Anne and Oiva and devoted son in law of Betty and the late Victor Dickson. Best friend of Arnim Rieck. Rick will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. A celebration of Rick's life will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr St.) on Thursday April 12 at 1pm in the chapel.
