Peacefully on Monday September 3, 2007, surrounded by his loving family at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, in his 84th year. Dearly beloved husband of Eileen Sheedy. Cherished father of Theresa (Mike Leyland), Maureen (Brad Cox), Patricia (Adrian Swinkels), Catherine (Steve Kelly), Douglas (Mary Anne) and Richard (Sharon). Predeceased by his son Bobby. Deeply missed and treasured by his grandchildren Pat, Jon, Jennifer, Darryl, Daniel, Derek, David, Kevin, Nicole, Ryan and Teanna. Dear brother of Ethna (Tom Anderson). Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Thursday. Funeral mass 2:00 pm Friday September 7, 2007 at St. Dominic Parish, 2415 Rebecca Street, Oakville. Interment Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery.
