On Wednesday, September 27th, 2017 after a long battle with lung fibrosis, in his 72nd year. Rafa, beloved husband of Romaine, Loving father of Candice, (Peter), Raphael Jr, (Tracey), Natalie (predeceased), and Anthony. Loving Grandpa to Victoria and Ethan. Beloved Uncle to many. Many thanks to Oakville CCAC ,Care-Partners, St Elizabeth's nurses, Silas, & Dr. Pyle's Palliative care team.. He was a long time member of Toastmasters Club.

Funeral mass will be held 6 pm, Thursday, Oct 5th at St Andrews church, Reynolds St. Oakville. Reception to follow at Kopriva Taylor Funeral Home, 6 4 Lakeshore Rd West, from 7-9 p.m. (905) 844-2600.
