Pyper Shirley Phillips

February 22, 2016 – January 10, 2024

Passed away with her eyes closed and her heart open on Wednesday January 10, 2024 at noon.

It has been said we should measure ourselves by the people who measure themselves by us. In Pypers time with us she built an ark and survived the flood. Was enslaved and imprisoned, survived many plagues. Was found in the reeds, freed the slaves, parted the seas, got water from a stone. Climbed a mountain. Brought down the walls. Defeated a lion, conquered Goliath. Was Swallowed in spat out. Walked through fire. Survived the lions den. Saved the King. Became Queen and freed her people.

Pyper taught us we are braver than we believe, stronger than we seem, smarter than we think. Even though we are apart, she is forever in our hearts.

A service of remembrance will take place at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home 64 Lakeshore Rd. W. Oakville, Thursday February 1, 2024 at 3 pm, Visitation on hour prior. Reception to be held following at Pipes and Taps pub, Oakville.
