After a courageous battle, Peter, surrounded by his family, passed in his 90th year at Hotel Dieu Shaver in St. Catharines. Beloved husband of Jean for 65 years. Loved father of Christina Newton (John), Theresa MacDonald (Robert), Paul Yuskoski (Darlene), Kathleen Yuskoski, Mark Yuskoski (Mary). Cherished grandfather of Jennifer Carr, Gregory Newton, Jennifer MacDonald, Nicole and David Yuskoski , Rachael and Deanna Tremblett, Peter and Matthew Yuskoski. Great-grandfather of Cole, Austin, Mitch, Max and Mason. Brother of the late Stanley, Helen and Jean. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Catharines Cathedral " Out of the Cold" or Hotel Dieu Shaver would be appreciated by the family. Visitation will take place at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) from 2-4 and 7-9pm Friday. A funeral mass will be held at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, 47 Reynolds Street, Oakville on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow.
