Peacefully on Monday, June 1, 2009 at Trillium Health Centre, Mississauga. Persa Topale in her 82nd year, beloved wife of the late John Topale. Loving mother of Bobbie Anderson (Michel). Dear grandmother of Shannon (Ken), Claude (Lesley) and great- grandmother of Eric, Sarah and Emily. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr Street, 905-844-2600) from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Thursday. A service to celebrate the life of Persa will be held 11:00 am Friday, June 5, 2009 in the Kopriva Chapel. Interment to follow at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery, Oakville. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children Foundation or to Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
