Passed away after a long battle with Parkinsons on Wednesday June 21, 2023 at Joseph Brant Hospital, Burlington. Paul, beloved husband of Susan Irene.  Paul was predeceased by his children, Catherine, Bradley, David, and Christian and his parents Mr. and Mrs. L.B. Garrick.

LT. COL Garrick was a long time affiliate of both the R.H.L.I. and Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders of Canada commanding both Regiments. A retiree  Proctor and Gamble and Mohawk College,  Canadian Corps of Commissionaires,  St. John Ambulance, Grand Prior of The Knights Hospitallers in Canada and Warden The Church of the Ascension, Hamilton and a Sexton at St. Jude's Church, Oakville.

Left to mourn his passing are his sons, Joshua and Jeremy, and his brothers Peter and Mark. Fondly remembered by Bonny and Jeff, Anne and Bob, Nancy and Dave and Chris and Maryann  their families and the late Greg.

Visitation at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville will be held on Thursday June 29, 2023 from 1pm – 3pm. Funeral Service to follow in the chapel at 3 pm. Special thanks to the palliative care staff at Joseph Brant Hospital for all their care and support.
