Peacefully, on April 2, 2014, at the Village of Tansley Woods nursing home in Burlington. Born in Monaghan, Ireland on February 22, 1926. Predeceased by his wife, Cecilia  and eldest son, Ian.  Loving father of Keith (Barbara nee Carson), Chris (Claire nee Eakins), Susan Harris (David) and Michael. Patrick is survived by brother Leo and sister Patricia Gallagher and grandchildren Louise, Emma, Daniel and Anna, Chelsea, Kevin, Kyle and Sarah, Rob and Andrew. Great grandchildren Harrison and Chloe.   Visitation will take place at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) from 7 – 9 pm Friday.  Funeral service 11:00 am Saturday April 5, 2014 in the Kopriva Chapel.  Interment Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery.  Donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.  Condolences through www.koprivataylor.com
