It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother Patricia Lilian Ratcliffe (Pat). Patricia passed away peacefully in Oakville on November 22, 2023, surrounded by her family. Patricia was pre-deceased by parents Lilian, James and Ted, her brother Paul (Margaret) as well as her husband of 56 years Brian Ratcliffe. Patricia is survived by her children Lisa Ratcliffe, Peter Ratcliffe (Debbie), grandchildren Dylan (Raquel), Billy, Jakob (Campbell) and Alexandria (Kyle).

Patricia was born January 14, 1943, in Farnworth England. Pat had a love of music and dancing and a extraordinary love of all animals. While on vacation in Spain she met the love of her life, a man who lived 30 mins away from where she grew up. Brian and Patricia immigrated to Canada in 1974 where they worked and built a wonderful life in Oakville. Patricia was a exceptional woman who had a truly gentle soul that touched so many lives, she never said no to anyone and would do anything she could to help and support those who asked. The memories are many and joyous, and we will remember her for all that she gave and taught us.

We love you as much as anyone can and we always will.
