Peacefully on Saturday September 22, 2018 at Wyndham Manor, Oakville in her 99 ^th year. Pat, beloved wife of the late Urban. Loving mother of Robert and Garry (Pam). Loved grandmother of Jennifer, Richard, Valerie and Kevan. Devoted great-grandmother of Nathaniel, Justin, Rachel, Sofia and Sebastian. She will be lovingly remembered by her large family and friends. A family gathering to celebrate Pat's life will be arranged. If desired, remembrances to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
