Pat passed peacefully, at The Waterford LTC on June 6, 2019 at the age of 78, after facing Alzheimer's with strength and dignity. She was the beloved wife of Sam (predeceased), loving mother of David and his wife Michele and Wendy and her husband Greg (Salisbury). Grand Nana of Tristan and her husband Alex, Maggie and Will. Great Grand Nana to Carter and Jaxon.  She will be sadly missed by her brother William, his wife Terry and their family.
