Obituary

Following a period of failing health, Patricia passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 10, 2022.  She is survived by her husband Kevin, sons Denis (Faye), Patrick (Beverley), Michael (Colette) and Sean (Richard).  She leaves behind six wonderful grandchildren, Taralyn, Kathleen, Erin, Kevin, Lauren and Matthew. Patricia was predeceased by her parents, Julia and Lawson Trueman. She was born in Saint John, New Brunswick and received her formal education in Quebec and New Brunswick. Patricia was a proud employee of the Bank of Montreal. She devoted her life to her family ensuring that they benefited from everything that life had to offer.  She was an excellent bridge player. Wherever we settled in Canada she made it her business to seek out bridge players and clubs.. Patricia enjoyed travelling immensely and did so at every opportunity.  Her passing has created a large void in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing Patricia. May God grant her love and peace.
Visitation will be held on Monday April 18, from 2 pm – 4 pm and 6 pm – 8 pm at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville. (one block East of Kerr Street) A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in her honour on Tuesday, April 19th at 10 am at St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church, 47 Reynolds Street, Oakville.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer's Society or the ALS Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
