We said goodbye to our wife, mother and friend to many. Pam passed away peacefully, with her family by her side after battling Alzheimer's for the past 6 years. For those who got the pleasure of knowing Pam they knew how amazing of a person she was. She loved fully, cared deeply, and did whatever she could to keep her family happy.

Pam is survived by her husband Tony, children Alison (Pat), Alex (Kelsi), Eric (Danielle) & Nick (Caitlin). Her grandchildren Eamonn and Charlotte. Her brother Jamie (Leeanne), Margo (the late John), Lea (Ross) and sister-in-law Veronika (Lee) and brother-in-law Dan.  Pam was a favourite Aunt to her many nieces and nephews.

Pam was passionate about her job as an EA at St Lukes school in Oakville and cared for the kids as they were her own.  Pam also was a busy volunteer with both the Oakville and Burlington Lacrosse Associations.   Of course, Pam loved all the family dogs and was a Maple Leaf's and Blue Jays fan for life!

We would like to send special thanks to the entire staff at Post Inn Village where Pam received the best care and love over the past 3 years. Also, the ER and Palliative care team at OTMH were amazing making Pam and our family very comfortable.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday September 10, 2025 at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm.  A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or The Willow Foundation (Post Inn Village)
