October 13, 1938 – August 6, 2024

Nick passed away peacefully on August 6th, 2024 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. He was the fourth of ten children of Ted and Sylvia. The Postma family emigrated from the Netherlands in 1952, when Nick was 13 years old, settling in Oakville, Ontario.Nick will be greatly missed by his wife of 59 years Margie Rose and his children Benjamin, Steven (Keverne) and Jennifer (Kevin). He was Poppa to grandchildren Catherine (Ivan), Alison, Jack, Jeffrey, Dalton and Leanne as well as great- grandchildren Cameron and Benji. A big sports fan - The Maple Leafs and Argos especially, he was also an avid outdoorsman in his youth who enjoyed fishing, boating, snowmobiling, camping, gardening and road trips. He will be missed and remembered by his many friends and his immediate and extended family.
