We share the peaceful passing of Nena at home on July 31, 2022 at 83 years old. Survived by her adoring daughter, Jelena and predeceased by her husband, Marko. She will be greatly missed by her daughter, sisters, cousins, many nieces and nephews, and close friends.

With her passing, this world lost a wonderful woman. Affectionately known as Mama, Nena, Tetka Nena, Nenushka, and Mama P, she had a huge heart, which she shared generously. Through her open and loving spirit, she always made others feel welcome and special when they were in her presence.  She was an accomplished seamstress and a master gardener, bringing everything to life with her touch.  What she cherished most in this world was spending time with family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville, Ontario L6K 1E1 on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 6p.m  to 8 p.m. A private family funeral service will be held on Friday, August 5, 2022 with interment at St. Volodymyr Cemetery.
