Peacefully on Sunday December 16, 2018 in her 89 ^th year at her home in Oakville surrounded by her family.  Nelida, beloved wife of the late Serafino.  Loving mother of Rose Lima and Sandra (John Frampton).  Loved Nonni of Rodney, Caroline (Joe), Alanna and Ryan.  Devoted Great-Nonni of Marvin (Anastasia) and Massimo.  Dear sister of Mercedes Ceccotti and Sam Cecconi (Irene).  She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday December 19, 2018 at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street) from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm.  Parish prayers 3:45 pm.  Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday December 20, 2018 at St. James Parish, 231 Morden Road, Oakville at 11 am.  Interment will be held at St. Jude's Cemetery.  If desired, memorial contributions to the Parkinson Foundation Canada or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.  The family would like to thank the dedicated caregivers, nurses and doctors for their care and compassion.
