Michi passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, October 9, 2020 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, at the age of 84.  Cherished mother of Rana Ree Gehriger.

My mother lived a very full and vibrant life and while she travelled extensively, she considered Oakville to be her home.  She was definitely a people person and made friends with anyone she came into contact with.  Her network of friends is worldwide and she always put the needs of others above her own.

My mother will be remembered for her strength, her generosity, her warmth and her sense of humor.  I know that she will be missed by so many.  As she requested, Michi will be buried at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery, to the right of the roundabout at the back of the grounds.

Due to current COVID restrictions, no funeral service will be held.
