With great sadness, the family of Mary Elizabeth (McKenna) Wotherspoon announces her passing on Sunday, November 9, 2008. Dearly beloved wife of the late John Wotherspoon, wonderful mother to Judy (Doug) Rattray, Rick (Joanne) Wotherspoon and the late John (Jock) Wotherspoon. Very proud grandmother to Matt (Amanda) Rattray, Rachel Rattray, Heather (Alex) Albertson and Katie Wotherspoon. Predeceased by her parents, David and Elizabeth McKenna, brother David McKenna, Joan McKenna and survived by sister Sheilagh O'Connor. Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 pm Wednesday at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville. Mass will be held 11:00 am Thursday at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, 47 Reynolds Street, Oakville. Cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimer Society, Canadian Cancer, Children's Aid or charity of choice would be appreciated. Very special thanks to the staff at Stephenson House at Burloak Long Term Care for their wonderful support and kindness during the past 6 1/2 years.
