Peacefully on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at OTMH in her 93rd year. Mary, beloved wife of the late Stewart A. Spear and Franklin Gillard. Loved mother of Stewart A. "Buck" (Diana) and Carolyn (John Spurgeon). Dear grandmother of Cynthia, Steven, Amanda, Michael Spear and Robert Spurgeon. Great grandmother of Sean, Jordan, Brock and Kaleb. Dear sister of John W. Campbell (Calgary). Mary was the receptionist at the Town of Oakville for many years and treasured the many friendships she made over the years. The family would like to thank the many staff members of Delmanor Glen Abbey for all of their wonderful care and assistance during the years Mary lived there . You all meant a great deal to her and were like family. A service of remembrance will be held Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 11 a.m. at St. Johns United Church, 262 Randall St., Oakville. Donations to OTMH Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
