Mary 93 of Oakville, Ontario (formerly of Sonningdale, Saskatchewan) was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 17, 2015. The daughter of the late William and Pauline Styke of Toronto, Ontario. She is reunited with her loving husband of 46 years Fred Semkiw, who was called home in 1987, and her dear children Francis and Blair. She is survived by her son Dennis Semkiw and his wife Norlee of Mississauga, Ontario, and Brian Semkiw and his wife Colleen of Oakville, Ontario. Six Grandchildren: Marilee (Jeff Stevenson), Jonathan (Stacey Annaert), Ashleigh (Giles Sutherland), Katherine (Matthew Jones), Marissa , Kelly (Caleb Ellis). Ten Great Grandchildren: Ellen Dumas, William Stevenson, Michael Stevenson, Adam Stevenson, Benjamin Semkiw, Claire Semkiw, Jacob Sutherland, Caleb Sutherland, Greta Sutherland, Noah Jones.
Devoted Sister: Stephanie Lowe Nephews: Larry Rabuka (Elaine), Randall Lowe (Jocelyn), Rodger Styke (Sheila), Darrell Vinnick (Barbara), Michael Vinnick, Bradley Vinnick Nieces: Olga Wagner (Bill), Patricia Lowe. She was born in Ukraine and immigrated to Canada in 1930. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother, a devout Christian who devoted her life to following Jesus Christ.
A memorial service will be held at Chartwell Baptist Church,
